Past photo shoots and shows
The following, in best chronological order as I can recall, are some of the shoots and shows we did over the years at Tyrrell & Brennan. Where possible I credit the photographer but if a credit is missing please let me know and I will update immediately. As for the models we often used models from Dublin agencies, Morgan The Agency and Asset Models and I forget all the names. Occasionally especially when at a group or collective event we would work with the girls provided. That said I need to mention two models that helped us especially when things were a little difficult at the beginning, thank you Sonya Reynolds and the wonderful and sadly late, Ali McDonald. Ali, was such an amazing person to work with and we did so many shoots and shows together. She was a beautiful person inside and out, RIP.
One noticeable omission, and I´m searching through the archives to find the images, is from the year that we did a large photo shoot in the Natural History Museum and the huge fashion show later, sponsored by the telecommunication giant, O2, in the National Museum of Ireland. I´ll update as soon as I have located the images. Some of the shoot photos were used in the Sunday Independent Magazine article (see the press & Media section. I´ll post shots from the show as soon as I can.
Not many shots available from our first ever fashion show. We had only being going for less than a year but managed to put together a show at the newly opened Herbert Park Hotel and even managed to get Absolute Vodka to sponsor the event.
This was the first time we used two models in a single shoot and I think it worked well. Just a taster from quite an extensive shoot that day.

Above, just only a handful from a long two day shoot with two models and different categories in special occasion, bridal and tailoring daywear. It was very successful as we were able to use the photos in different publications as in a small country like Ireland it proved difficult to get a single shoot used in more than one magazine at a time. I will post more when I find them !

Almost all of the fabrics used in this collection had been designed by us so made them even more unique
For years we had been making wraps, boleros and shrugs as accessories and on one occasion we made a mini collection of them for a brochure.

My last fashion show with Niall. We mixed both current and some classics together which made it a very long show but the feedback was it could have been longer. On that note, I say thank you to all the fabulous people I have worked with and our amazing clients. It could have been longer but alas, life got in the way.
